Navogen was formed in late 2018 to bring over 35 years of experience in multiple industries and disciplines to our customers. Jim Court has led large and small organizations. With senior executive experience in business and technology, he has a distinct view of the business and technology needs of organizations.
Jim has spent the last 20 years in various senior leadership positions at a leading property & casualty insurance group, most recently as Chairman and President. Since 2011, Jim has served as an independent director at one of the nation’s leading publicly traded financial services companies.He spent the early years of his career in high-tech manufacturing. He has also invested in several technology start-up’s.
Jim holds the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designations. Jim also earned a master of business administration degree from Pepperdine University, and a bachelor of science degree from the University of Redlands.
